? Candidates promoted by any other recognized centres of Philosophy provided they have the required knowledge of English as well as the recommendation of their respective superiors.

? Any other candidate recommended by his respective superior and deemed fit by the Administrative Council of the Theologate.

The competent authority for admission of students is the Administrative Council of the Theologate. To facilitate the decision to promote students towards Ordination to priesthood the Rector and the Staff of the Theologate provide an annual report about the student to the respective Major Superior or Bishop.
